As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our hiring success —
building strong talent pipelines, analyzing market trends, and helping
recruiters connect with the right professionals.
Your work will directly impact how we attract, engage, and hire top talent
across our global teams.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE:
* Build and maintain strong talent pools and candidate pipelines to accelerate
hiring.
* Source candidates across multiple platforms and conduct initial pre-screening
and outreach.
* Manage and update candidate databases (CRM/ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
* Research market trends, competitor practices, and provide recruiters with
actionable insights.
* Support data-driven hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with
recruitment policies.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH:
Hard Skills:
* Advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms.
* Market research and talent mapping.
* Candidate screening and CV analysis.
* Working with CRM/ATS systems.
* Data management and reporting.
* Candidate outreach via professional communication tools (InMail, email, Gem,
etc.).
