Your work:
* Find and qualify leads exclusively via Upwork
* Conduct first contact and discovery calls with prospects
* Draft initial commercial proposals and personalized cover letters
* Analyze priority directions and opportunities for outreach
* Tune agency accounts and manage participants
* Configure scanners and work with Gigradar for lead identification
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT and other) to speed up research, messaging, and lead
enrichment
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team during outreach campaigns
* Continuously improve Upwork outreach using data and feedback
* Understand software development processes and MVP concepts to better align
outreach
We expect:
* 1–2 years of experience in Upwork lead generation / SDR (IT experience
is a plus)
* Knowledge of Upwork mechanics and best practices
* Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
* English — confident for business communication
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and disciplined approach
* Proactive and organized
* Sense of humor 🙂
