We are looking for an HR Operations Manager who will oversee and continuously
improve all people-related operational processes across multiple countries. This
role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring smooth execution of HR cycles
(onboarding, contracts, benefits, payroll coordination, offboarding, etc.) while
driving consistency and employee satisfaction in a fast-growing, multi-location
environment.
You’ll work closely with the COO, HR, Legal, Finance, and IT Infrastructure
teams to ensure that our global operations are efficient, compliant, and
people-focused.

Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
* Oversee the full HR operations cycle across multiple countries (Poland,
Romania, Serbia, Ukraine etc.).
* Manage employee records, HR databases, and systems (PeopleForce, Notion,
etc.).
* Coordinate payroll and benefits processes with Finance and external
providers.
* Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring excellent employee
experience.
* Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and performance review cycles.
* Arranging performance reviews and health reports
Processes & Compliance
* Develop and maintain standard HR policies and procedures for all company
locations.
* Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure accurate documentation and risk
management.
* Support audits and internal reviews related to HR documentation and
compliance.
* Regularly review and update templates, HR guides, and employee handbooks.
Individual and Client Support & Engagement
* Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issue resolution.
* Support initiatives that improve individuals’ satisfaction, retention, and
engagement.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on internal communication and employer
branding initiatives.
Reporting & Optimization
* Generate reports on headcount, turnover, probation, and other HR metrics.
* Identify and implement automation or optimization opportunities across HR
workflows.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR
coordination (international or IT company preferred).
* Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in at least one of the following:
Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, Cyprus.
* Strong attention to detail, structure, and follow-up.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural, and fully remote
environment.
* Advanced English (both written and spoken).
* Experience with HR systems (PeopleForce, BambooHR, or similar)
is an advantage.
