We are looking for an experienced and ambitious leader to head our recruitment
agency and take it to the next level. If you’re ready to think like
an entrepreneur, build a business from the ground up to profitability, and
become a key player in the iGaming recruitment market — this role is for you.


Your Responsibilities:
— Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a growth strategy for the agency,
scale operations, and identify new business opportunities within the niche;
— Team Management: Lead and inspire Business Development and HR teams
(Recruiters, Sourcers), ensuring their growth and high performance;
— Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize all stages of the recruitment
process, ensuring top-quality hiring (professionalism) and fast time-to-fill
(speed track), while integrating modern technologies and AI tools;
— Financial Performance: Manage the agency’s budget, achieve financial KPIs, and
lead the agency to profitability;
— Client Relations & Promotion: Actively attract new clients, conduct
negotiations, participate in industry conferences, and build a strong brand
presence in the market;
— Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal confidentiality protocols and
data security standards.



We Expect:
— Entrepreneurial Experience: Proven track record of managing a business unit
or project with a focus on financial outcomes;
— Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle,
experience with ATS (preferably Huntflow), and knowledge of key HR metrics;
— Industry Knowledge: Background or strong interest in iGaming, Crypto, Adult,
or Nutra. Awareness of industry specifics, trends, and major players;
— Leadership Skills: Experience building and managing high-performing teams;
— Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage with C-level
executives and represent the agency at public events;
— Financial & Legal Literacy: Basic understanding of P&L, budgeting, and working
with confidential information and personal data regulations;
