About Us We are a leading Israeli IT company with 15 years of market experience
and 8 years in Ukraine. Officially registered in Ukraine, Israel, and Estonia,
we employ over 100 professionals worldwide. Specializing in successful startup
collaboration, we offer services across e-commerce, Fintech, logistics, and
healthcare.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sourcer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing candidates across
various platforms and methods. This role requires someone who is proactive,
personable, and innovative in their approach to candidate sourcing.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

🔹 Utilize various channels and methods for candidate sourcing, including
LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and more;
🔹 Employ Boolean search, X-Ray, and other advanced search techniques to create
effective search queries for diverse vacancies;
🔹 Proactively search for the right candidates rather than waiting for
applications to come in;
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates,
understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with suitable
opportunities;
🔹 Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, continuously adapting
strategies to overcome sourcing difficulties;
🔹 Craft compelling and engaging outreach messages that attract candidates
to respond to cooperation offers;
🔹 Screen CVs efficiently and effectively to shortlist suitable candidates for
further consideration.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

🔹 Proven experience in a similar IT Sourcer role;
🔹 Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for candidate
sourcing;
🔹 Familiarity with job boards and other online recruitment tools;
🔹 Expertise in Boolean search, X-Ray techniques, and the ability to create
basic search queries for any vacancy;
🔹 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate
effectively with diverse candidates;
🔹 A proactive approach to sourcing, with the ability to influence and drive
results;
🔹 Excellent copywriting skills for crafting persuasive candidate outreach
messages;
🔹 Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Helper, Email Extractor, OctoHR, and
similar technologies;
🔹 Experience in screening CVs and identifying the most suitable candidates for
various roles;
🔹 English — Intermediate or higher.
