Unity Finance is a global payment aggregator that helps businesses around the
world accept online payments through cards, e-wallets, and local payment
methods.
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to join our
growing team!
Required professional experience:
🔹 At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
🔹 English (upper intermediate+ level)
🔹 Ability to analyze large volumes of data;
🔹 Stress resistance, systematic approach, and a strong focus on results.
🔹 Experience in business communication: email correspondence, calls;
🔹 Experience in resolving non-standard client issues;
🔹 Skills in working with CRM and ticketing systems.
Key responsibilities:
🔸 Support and assistance in resolving merchants’ issues;
🔸 Sales of payment solutions;
🔸 Monitoring conversion rates and merchant volumes;
🔸 Integration of payment systems;
🔸 Task setting and communication with various departments.
Will be an advantage:
Experience working with payment systems;
Experience working with Kibana, Tableau, Jira.
