IT Project Manager (FinTech)

WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and
feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP
stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer,
Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for
implementing our fintech products — including internet acquiring, issuing
platforms, anti-fraud solutions, and more. This role involves managing
end-to-end implementation projects for banks and financial institutions, while
working closely with clients and internal technical teams.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the implementation of fintech solutions for clients;
* Plan and oversee end-to-end projects — from kick-off to handover to support;
* Collaborate with internal and external technical and business teams
on infrastructure deployment, bank integrations, branding implementation, and
more;
* Coordinate PCI DSS certification processes;
* Hosting training workshops and presentations on fintech products for clients;
* Prepare reports as required;
* Develop product manuals and user guides.

Your skill set:

* Experience in fintech or IT projects (development or support
of acquiring/issuing solutions, involvement in PCI DSS infrastructure
deployment projects is a strong plus);
* Experience managing fintech implementation projects;
* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and information security;
* Good communication and organizational skills;
* Upper Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:

* Experience working with banks, payment systems, or financial institutions;
* Hands-on involvement in PCI DSS certification processes;
* Proven track record of building PCI DSS—compliant infrastructure from
scratch;
* Professional certifications in project management or information security;
* Background in supporting and maintaining fintech products.
