PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The SDR Specialist will support Zoolatech’s outbound and ABM efforts by turning
qualified target lists into real opportunities. This role is focused on managing
follow-ups, booking discovery calls, and acting as the first line of contact
in building trusted relationships with potential clients. You’ll work closely
with the Outreach Specialist and Marketing Director to execute campaigns and
ensure smooth transitions into the sales pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Follow up on outreach activity and warm leads
* Make qualification calls from outbound and inbound leads to determine if they
fit our ICP
* Schedule and coordinate intro calls and handovers to Sales Representatives
* Maintain records and engagement stages in CRM
* Collaborate with marketing and outreach to improve scripts and targeting
SKILLS REQUIRED
Essential capabilities and experience for success in this role.
* 2+ years in a Sales Development or SDR role, ideally in B2B or tech
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1+)
* Experience using CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
* Confident in making qualification/discovery calls
* Familiarity with outbound outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator)
* Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

no opportunity is missed by engaging warm contacts, qualifying interest, and
helping prospects move into the sales process quickly and clearly.
