Requirements

* A minimum of 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment, including the
Gaming/iGaming industry (experience in slot/mobile game development
preferred).
* A strong understanding of the Gaming/iGaming industry, including the latest
trends and innovations.
* The recruiter should possess strong recruitment skills, including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They should be familiar with
different recruitment tools and techniques, such as applicant tracking
systems, social media recruiting, and job boards.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates,
hiring managers, and other team members.
* Successful experience in searching and closing art positions
(2D Artists/2D Animators).
* Strong sales and marketing skills to effectively sell the company and the job
to the candidate. They should be able to market the company’s strengths and
unique selling points to attract top talent.
* Strong communication in English must have, excellent business communication
in English.

Responsibilities

* Recruitment Strategy: Be involved in recruitment strategies and processes
to attract and retain top talent in the market. Collaborate with hiring
managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment
best practices.
* Sourcing: Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job
boards, social media, and employee referrals. Use creative and innovative
sourcing strategies to find the best candidates.
* Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and video interviews with
candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the
organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and
ensure a smooth recruitment process.
* Offer Negotiation: Negotiate job offers with candidates, collaborating with
hiring managers to determine salary and benefits packages.
* Onboarding: Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding
process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, laptop delivery,
paperwork, etc.
