The Junior Engagement Manager will lead projects across a range strategic topics with both private equity and corporate clients, typically 6–12 weeks in duration. With approx. 20% of work being international, you’ll partner with colleagues around the world while owning delivery and client outcomes stateside.

The Junior Engagement Manager will:

– Lead project workstreams and own client relationships from day one

– Tackle strategic growth and M&A projects across sectors

– Drive analysis and insight generation, translating complexity into clear decisions

– Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border engagements

– Mentor and develop junior consultants within a close-knit team

You will need:

– 3+ years in consulting with strong generalist exposure

– Proven ability to manage workstreams and present confidently to clients

– A collaborative, low-ego mindset with a hunger to grow

– Based in New York or ready to relocate

– Right to work in the US without a VISA (no VISA sponsorship available)

– Additional languages are a plus, but not required
