About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative and Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand & Marketing, this role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of CAQH across various digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and multimedia content creation. Your primary responsibilities will include designing engaging marketing materials such as email campaigns, website visuals, social media assets, advertising graphics, and PowerPoint presentations. You will play a key role in conceptualizing major campaigns, developing visual directions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and excellence in all visual communications. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat)
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and responsive, mobile-first design approaches
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding for email and web content development is a plus
  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar tools is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding fundamentals
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling graphics
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and project coordination skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-departmental teams
  • Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing assets
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials for digital platforms, including email templates, social media graphics, web banners, and advertising assets
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and data insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and web development teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
  • Work closely with the web development team to design and optimize web pages for aesthetics and user experience
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and maintains consistency across channels
  • Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for campaigns, branding initiatives, and visual storytelling
  • Support the development of multimedia content, including motion graphics and video editing when necessary
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all materials reflect CAQH’s mission, values, and visual identity
