About Ennoble Care We are a rapidly growing healthcare company on a mission to make a meaningful impact, both for the patients we serve and the people who work here. Growth is exciting, but it also means things move fast. We’re looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and is ready to jump in wherever needed. If you’re an organized multitasker who loves being a true HR Generalist and wants to learn a ton along the way, this could be a great fit.

The Role Please read the entire posting. We are transparent and thoughtful about what we’re looking for.

This is an all-hands-on-deck HR Generalist role supporting a busy, collaborative People team. You’ll touch nearly every aspect of HR, from employee relations and onboarding to compliance, benefits, support, and process improvement. No two days will look the same, and that’s exactly the point.

You’ll be joining a team of three other HR Generalists and will report directly to an HR Manager who believes in support, clarity, and teamwork. This role also collaborates closely with nine HR Business Partners (HRBPs) who focus on recruiting strategy, compensation negotiations, and building offer letters, as well as a Talent Management team dedicated to employee growth and development. Collaboration is a big part of the job, you won’t be doing this alone.

While this is a fully remote role, you must be willing to work East Coast hours. Preference will be given to candidates located on the East Coast.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a friendly, approachable first point of contact for employees and managers across the organization.
  • Support core HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Partner closely with fellow HR Generalists, HRBPs, and the Talent Management team to support a growing healthcare workforce.
  • Help manage and maintain employee data in our HRIS (ADP) and support recruiting operations in our ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Assist with policy development, documentation, and employee communications; clear writing matters here.
  • Balance being proactive and outgoing with knowing when to escalate, collaborate, or follow established processes. It’s okay to ask questions, we encourage it; but we also value teammates who are confident in making decisions.
  • Juggle multiple priorities with confidence while adapting to changing business needs.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. HR is a vault, and we expect our teammates to be one as well.
  • Pitch in when needed; this is a growing company, and sometimes that means rolling with the punches or working extra hours during peak periods. Our team shows up for one another, and we’re looking for someone who will too.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of HR Generalist (or similar) experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare organization is a plus! But, we don’t need a unicorn; we can train the right person.
  • Solid foundation in core HR principles and best practices.
  • Outgoing, personable, and proactive. Comfortable taking initiative while staying aligned with policies and knowing when to loop in leadership (no surprises).
  • Strong understanding of how to work within a team structure, follow a chain of command, and keep the right people informed.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personality types and across all levels of the organization.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, flexible, “we’ve got this” attitude.
  • Willingness to work East Coast hours; East Coast location strongly preferred
  • Experience with ADP (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification preferred but not required. We are happy to support you in obtaining certification in the future if you choose.
  • Bachelor’s degree required unless equivalent, substantial HR experience can be demonstrated.

Compensation & Transparency

  • Base salary: $60,000 annually. This is an exempt position.
  • We believe in pay equity and transparency. Compensation for this role is set based on the responsibilities, scope, and experience required, and we are committed to fair and consistent pay practices across our organization.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • A fun, supportive, and genuinely collaborative HR team, you’ll be one of four incredible Generalists with deep company and industry knowledge.
  • Support from experienced HRBPs, Talent Leaders, a knowledgeable and approachable HR Manager, and an always-busy-but-fully-invested VP of People.
  • Significant growth potential — you’ll learn quickly and gain exposure across all areas of HR.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in a mission-driven healthcare organization and be part of the next generation of HR.
  • A culture that values teamwork and mutual support, even when things get busy.
