Description: Senior Account Executive, Season Sales Position Overview The Chicago Bulls are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Senior Account Executive, Season Sales. In this role, you will focus on generating new business through the sale of full season tickets, partial plans, group packages, and premium/hospitality products. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team, with an emphasis on developing long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service.

This position is primarily focused on new business development, with an emphasis on season ticket and partial plan sales, through phone outreach and face-to-face meetings conducted virtually, at the United Center, and off-site. We’re looking for a passionate sales professional and strong teammate who takes pride in contributing across departments and supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals for season tickets, partial plans, group outings, and Premium experiences.
  • Consistently meet or surpass daily and weekly KPIs, including phone outreach and virtual/in-person appointments.
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, gathering referrals, and executing targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough CRM records for all current and prospective clients.
  • Participate in ongoing internal and external sales training sessions to enhance performance and skills.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Engage and entertain prospects during home games and events to showcase available inventory and elevate the client experience.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture by building strong relationships across all departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional sales experience; sports industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing systems; familiarity with Archtics is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • This role will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Hybrid work schedule available; candidates must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Chicagoland area.

Compensation & Benefits:? The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 annually plus a structured bonus and is commission eligible. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Full-time remote work is not an option for this role and interested applicants should be currently located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area. This role will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
