About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing HR operations, recruitment processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring HR policies are compliant with legal standards, leading talent acquisition efforts, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, and cultivating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a genuine passion for supporting teams and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and communication tools such as Rippling, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
  • Passion for fostering a positive company culture and supporting employee engagement

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all HR practices and policies are legally compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions
  • Compose and send job offers to successful candidates
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process, including training, access setup, and first-day introductions
  • Research and analyze compensation factors to ensure fair and competitive remuneration packages
  • Serve as a resource for HR inquiries, providing timely support to employees and management
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance across hiring, onboarding, and offboarding procedures
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture that aligns with BAD Marketing's core values
