Опис

We are searching for a Chief People Officer at a privately held, growth-oriented organization entering its next phase of evolution.

This role is designed for a senior People leader who wants to build, modernize, and scale a People function, not simply oversee one. The mandate is clear: rethink how HR operates, leverage technology and data intelligently, and create a People model that scales with the business.

The Opportunity

The organization has experienced significant growth and leadership recognizes that the People function must evolve to keep pace. The incoming Chief People Officer will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to design a future-ready People strategy that supports scale, performance, and culture.

This is a highly visible role with real influence and sponsorship at the top of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all People-related matters
  • Design and execute a modern People operating model built for scalability and effectiveness
  • Leverage technology, analytics, and automation to improve Talent, Performance, Learning, and Workforce Planning
  • Lead the People strategy for acquisitions and integrations, including org design, leadership assessment, cultural alignment, and change management
  • Strengthen leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise-wide change
  • Bring structure, clarity, and discipline to core People processes while maintaining agility
  • Balance strategic vision with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style

Ideal Background

  • Senior HR / People leadership experience in a growth or transformation environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or complex organizational integrations
  • Experience working in a Private Equity environment is strongly preferred.
  • Track record of modernizing HR through systems, data, and process redesign
  • Strong business acumen and comfort operating at the executive level
  • Experience partnering with investors, boards, or senior stakeholders during periods of change
  • Confident, pragmatic leadership style with high credibility

Why This Role

This is not a caretaker role. It is an opportunity to build something meaningful with the full support of leadership. The organization is intentionally investing in the future of its People function and is looking for a leader who wants to help define what “great” looks like.
