About The Role

Samsara is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the office of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role involves working closely with the Executive Business Partner and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel arrangements, handle high-priority communications, and assist in executing various operational initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of Samsara’s Go-To-Market organization, gaining exposure to senior leadership and contributing directly to the company’s strategic initiatives. The role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional judgment, and can maintain professionalism in all interactions. While primarily remote, the role may involve occasional travel to the San Francisco headquarters or other company events, with up to 20% travel expected.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification
  • Located within a reasonable commuting distance of the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills with quick responsiveness across Slack, email, and other channels
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and impeccable judgment with sensitive information
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate different time zones
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Expensify, and related productivity tools
  • Resourceful, proactive, and motivated to contribute at a high level

Responsibilities

  • Support and partner with the Executive Business Partner to assist the CRO and COO in daily operations
  • Manage and optimize complex, multi-faceted calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including logistics, accommodations, and expense reporting
  • Handle high-priority communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
  • Drive operational excellence by supporting meetings, off-sites, and leadership events
  • Act as a trusted proxy for the executives, representing their office professionally and confidently
  • Provide on-site support at the San Francisco headquarters as needed
  • Occasionally travel up to 20% to support off-site meetings or company events
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and requests delegated by the Executive Business Partner
