Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will conduct scientific research, perform data analysis, and support laboratory activities to contribute to ongoing projects. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, preparing research reports, collaborating on experiments, and assisting in the interpretation of results. The Research Assistant will play a key role in advancing the company’s goals through meticulous research and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Data Analysis skills to interpret and evaluate complex datasets
• Proficiency in managing data from drug discovery experiments and studies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and collaborate
• Good Prompt Engineering skill for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience or knowledge in biotech, drug discovery, or related scientific fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
• Fluent in Python is a plus
