As part of an exciting reorganization of its North American operations, the business has identified the need for a President – USA to provide unified leadership across both the United States and Canada.

The Role

In this role, you will:

• Operate confidently in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures
• Lead the cultural and commercial alignment of the US and Canadian regions, ensuring a unified approach to sales and profitable growth
• Use your strong leadership and influencing skills to navigate cultural nuances, manage diverse personalities, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Apply your proven strategic capability to execute existing plans while also shaping and implementing new initiatives based on sound analysis and insight
• Thrive in a relaxed, entrepreneurial culture that values initiative, accountability, and results
• Work autonomously with minimal day-to-day board interaction, acting as a trusted ambassador for the business and its stakeholders
