Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager based in Miami, FL. The Procurement Manager will oversee supplier evaluation, coordinate contract negotiations, manage procurement processes, and develop cost-efficient strategies for purchasing goods and services. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contract agreements, and proactively addressing procurement-related challenges to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and knowledge of assessing supplier performance to ensure compliance with organizational expectations
• Strong Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure beneficial agreements and maintain vendor relationships
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret procurement data, assess market trends, and identify cost-effective solutions
• Experience in Procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of procurement software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in similar roles or the supply chain industry is highly beneficial
