System Analyst

RoboMarkets was established in 2012 and received a license of a European broker in 2013. RoboMarkets is regulated by the CySEC, license No. 191/13.

RoboMarkets is a multi-asset broker offering 7 asset types and more than 12,000 instruments for trading. Our company has grown rapidly in the past years and now provides professional services for institutional and retail clients from Europe.  

We are looking for a System Analyst in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements and transforming them into technical specifications
• Creating technical specifications for software modifications and integration with related systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, designers, QA engineers, customers to implement solutions
• Managing requirement changes throughout the system lifecycle
• Conducting analysis of current systems and proposing improvements
• Maintaining the knowledge base and other documentation.
  

Requirements:

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle & collaboration with software developers
• Experience in business process description using UML
• Experience with SQL and database design
• Participating in web and mobile development projects
• Experience in designing integration between systems (REST API, message brokers/data buses)
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI and experience in creating mock-ups
• Skills in testing and validating systems to ensure they meet requirements
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Fluent in Russian, intermediate in English
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, collaborate, and support other team members
• Analytical mindset and systems thinking
• Willingness to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements
