Education Marketing Coordinator (French)

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) – Brisbane, CA

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Education Program Coordinator to join our team and make a significant impact on the Education Program at Odoo, with a primary focus on the North American market. As a pivotal member of the Education Program, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies that will enhance Odoo's educational initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Odoo Education Program to teachers and schools through various channels, such as mass mailing campaigns, social media ads, Education Fairs, and conference presentations
  • Expand program outreach by prospecting education networks, universities, and schools
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with teachers, serving as their primary point of contact and empowering them to become enthusiastic advocates and ambassadors of the Odoo software within their educational communities
  • Manage the Scale-Up card game, a crucial component of our education program, by orchestrating promotional activities, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth delivery to educational institutions

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • French fluency (professional or native/bilingual)
  • 1+ years of experience in educational content and strategy
  • 1+ years of experience in communication, marketing, or a related field, preferably in education and/or educational nonprofits
  • Proficient with CRM systems, project management software, and other relevant tools
  • Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Creative and committed to continuous learning
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (position based in Brisbane, CA)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly in SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to distill information from subject matter experts and translate it into training relevant to the target audience

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
