Human Resources Generalist

We're hiring for a People Operations Specialist to support a global HR tech company that helps millions of people around the world get jobs — and they’re just as committed to supporting their own people, too.

What You’ll Do:

• Responding to Tier 2 HR and benefits inquiries
• Serve as the SME for various types of leave of absence
• Partnering with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to support and optimize HR programs
• Maintaining internal knowledge bases and supporting Learning & Development efforts
• Analyzing HR data to uncover insights and support People Partners
• Playing a key role in global process improvements and escalations

Keys to Success:

• 2+ years of HR experience, including working with benefits
• Knowledge of Canadian benefits is a plus
• Must be knowledgeable in HR laws, especially with various types of Leave
• A strong communicator with a knack for solving problems and improving processes
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with global teams
• Comfortable with HR systems, data analysis, and creating support materials
