About Protocol Behavioral Health Protocol provides cancer-specific behavioral health treatment to patients by partnering with oncology clinics and cancer centers. Oncology patients are at heightened risk of mental health disorders and suicide, and those conditions negatively impact patient outcomes, treatment adherence, and total cost of care. Our approach is designed to meet patients where they are: emotionally, logistically, and financially. We deliver high-quality mental health support for cancer patients using the collaborative care model, integrated directly into oncology treatment centers. The team consists of top tier executives and operators who have depth in experience across behavioral health, healthcare services and oncology payer relationships across firms such as The US Oncology Network, Equip, agilon health, IntegraConnect, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and more.
About The Role The Director of Partner Success is part of the operations team focused on building and sustaining strong, high-impact relationships with our oncology practice partners. This role serves as the primary operational and strategic liaison between partner practices and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, effective workflow integration, and measurable partnership performance. The Director of Partner Success will lead ongoing partnership management, including performance tracking, quarterly joint operating committee meetings, and continuous workflow optimization, while also supporting the launch and implementation of new practice partnerships.
