Sika is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team, in our various U.S. markets. This Key Account Manager position at Sika will be based in the Gastonia North Carolina area,and play a key role in driving profitable sales growth by promoting and selling Sika technologies.
At Sika, the Key Account Manager will achieve assigned sales target, maintain a “Sales Force” customer database in addition to:
Preferred Skills
-Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language, both written and spoken
-Demonstrated experience or familiarity with Chinese cultural norms, traditions, and business etiquette
-Prior work, study, or residency in a Chinese-speaking region is a plus
-Ability to engage with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, or stakeholders effectively

Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in business or engineering field
Minimum five years of progressively responsible sales experience in which the candidate must have demonstrated a proven track record in achieving specific goals.
Must have proven record of creativity, innovation, sales growth, and significant achievement
Familiarity with adhesives, sealants or acoustics in the automotive industry preferred
Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning and time management skills, and quantitative skills
