Responsibilities

  • Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for the guests.
  • Support with delivery and ongoing maintenance, which may include product build, content updates, and on-call collaboration to ensure the successful uptime of the digital experience as needed.
  • Support with maintaining the feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to help drive priority decisions, and removing roadblocks.
  • Contributes to developing the go-to-market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience.
  • Assists with translating the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements, and other product documentation,n including acceptance criteria and test cases.
  • Ensures appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, including partnering with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting, and development align with the strategic vision.
  • Assists with developing presentations to share and build advocacy for the digital strategy with leadership audiences and partners across the organization.
  • Supports the ongoing guest and experience by monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests, and recommending opportunities to enhance the experiences and products of digital platforms, including mobile apps and websites.
  • Leverages AI to drive efficiencies.

Key Success Skills & Capabilities

  • Experienced in MyJira application, incl. ticket writing, tracking & reporting.
  • Experienced in Agile processes, incl. scrum ceremonies (participating & leading).
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification (preferred).
  • Adept in collaborating on & driving digital product solutions with partners, from ideation through requirements & delivery.
  • Experienced in writing detailed, logical & digestible digital product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong CMS experience (GoPub & AEM preferred), from simple content updates (copy/imagery) to advanced website page implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust & meaningful relationships quickly, incl. internally (core team) and externally (business partners/customers)
  • close attention to detail & passion for excellence in work product delivery.
  • Self-starter with proactive drive and a natural sense of urgency.
  • Evidences genuine empathy toward the Guest/consumer and a commitment to thoroughly explore opportunities and drive solutions.
  • Fastidious in having a “raise the bar” mentality to challenge both internal team & partner thinking/requests constructively.
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and lead in-person & virtual meetings.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience working in the online industry.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and building complex websites, including daily updating of copy and images for sites, feature listings, faceted listings, feeds from other systems, building out new pages, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to take personal initiative, follow instructions, and collaborate with others.
  • Experience resolving technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced online organization.
  • Experience managing requests that include integration with multiple back-end systems.
  • Ability to work within a diverse team of resources from strategy, creative, business, and technical disciplines.
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others, plus the ability to build strong, balanced relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in estimating project costs and the level of effort required for delivery.
  • Experience working with AI tools.
  • Digital website product experience, including conducting user gap assessment & ideation, writing detailed requirements & acceptance criteria, and driving go-to-market delivery efforts.
  • Previous experience is a Plus.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
