What You ll Do• Design, develop, and optimize blockchain solutions using Cosmos SDK, Ignite, and IBC. • Architect scalable and secure solutions that power ZIGChain s ecosystem. • Build and enhance interoperability with other blockchains, ensuring seamless IBC integration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and push the boundaries of what s possible in decentralized finance. • Maintain and improve blockchain performance, security, and efficiency. Job requirementsMust-Haves:• 10+ years of software development experience, more than 3+ with Go. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cosmos SDK, Ignite, and IBC. • Experience creating Cosmos Modules in Go • Strong system architecture skills, with an emphasis on scalability, security, and interoperability. Cool-to-Haves:• Experience integrating with Axelar for cross-chain communication. • Knowledge of token migrations and smart contract execution. • Hands-on experience with oracle integrations. • Proficiency in Rust and Python. • Experience launching testnet/mainnet • Experience monitoring and implementing monitoring solutions for the blockchain  • Experience with Solidity and Evmos Soft Skills• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed teams. • Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and clean code. • Collaborative team player with strong ownership mentality • Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in remote environments What We Offer:• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120.000,00 to 150.000,00( USD). • 15% extra to the salary in ZIGs tokens as part of the compensation package. • Fully remote work environment. • Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge industry. • Collaborative and inclusive work culture. • Professional growth and development opportunities.
