About The Role The Executive Assistant to the SVP of Engineering at CoreWeave plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the engineering and product organization. This fast-paced, highly technical environment requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and logistics, and support key meetings and strategic initiatives. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, facilitating communication across multiple teams and time zones, and contributing to operational excellence within the executive support team. Success in this position demands strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with urgency and autonomy in a dynamic, high-growth setting. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a trusted partner to the SVP, helping to prioritize tasks, streamline processes, and enable leadership to focus on strategic priorities that drive the company’s growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 35+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Director or VP-level leaders
  • Proven project management skills, including tracking deliverables and driving tasks to completion
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and event logistics (meetings, all-hands, off-sites)
  • Demonstrated ability to improve and scale administrative or operational processes
  • Strong multitasking skills across teams, locations, and time zones
  • Exceptional document writing, editing, and preparation skills for executive audiences
  • Experience mentoring or leading peers within an administrative or EA function
  • Preferred: Supporting engineering, product, or technical organizations
  • Experience working in a high-growth or fast-scaling environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Engineering, including managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and off-site events
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports for executive review
  • Support the organization of key meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Act as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely responses
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of administrative processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support team coordination efforts and assist in onboarding new team members
  • Help organize internal and external events that facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Drive operational excellence within the executive support team by promoting best practices and consistency
