Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role. The CEO will oversee and guide the organization's strategic direction, operational management, and financial health. Responsibilities include driving business growth, overseeing high-level business planning, and ensuring operational efficiency. The CEO will represent the company to stakeholders, foster partnerships, and develop strategies to achieve long-term sustainability and success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning with the ability to set long-term goals and develop actionable roadmaps.
• Proven expertise in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance.
• Demonstrated success in Operations Management to ensure effective and efficient business processes.
• Strong Sales experience with a focus on driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in the IT, automation, or enterprise solutions industry is a strong advantage.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
