Your New Role
The Executive Assistant, Integrated Marketing works closely with the SVP and VP, Integrated Marketing providing administrative and departmental support including asset management, presentation creation and scheduling, and limited admin support such as scheduling meetings, travel planning and expenses.
The role will work closely with the Director and Managers, Integrated Marketing supporting film projects as assigned, including receiving, filing, distributing and tracking approved assets cross-divisionally using the studio-approved secure asset systems and processes, and communicating with both the production / production liaison and cross-divisional contacts to ensure this process is done in a timely and efficient manner. The position also supports the Integrated Marketing team in creating storytelling presentations, pitch decks and other administrative duties as required.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $41,991.00 - $77,983.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
