Freelance Luxury VIP Relations

We are looking for a Luxury VIP Relations Associate for a top fashion company in New York!

Responsibilities:

• Management of all VIP travel accommodations
• Heavy admin experience
• Sample trafficking/management
• Management of gifting documentation/files as they will be working with our finance team

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in VIP relations
• Experience with VIP fittings
• Heavy admin experience
• Sample trafficking/management
• In-house luxury fashion experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Prior PR & Influencer Marketing experience
