About The Role The Professional Affiliate Marketing role is a vital position within our performance marketing team, responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate program across North America. This position involves overseeing relationships with approximately 100 active sales partners and 200 click-active partners monthly, ensuring seamless communication, negotiation, and execution of marketing placements. The role requires close collaboration with our agency partners to meet deliverables, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include developing monthly affiliate plans, tracking partner budgets, coordinating campaign schedules, and reviewing billing and orders to ensure accuracy before payouts. Additionally, the role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, analyzing campaign performance data, and providing insights to enhance program effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, teamwork, and results-driven performance, with a focus on delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support our brand growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Typically 2 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing
• Experience with affiliate networks and program management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Residence within commuting distance of Baltimore, US
• Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly affiliate marketing plans, including budget allocation and campaign scheduling
• Manage relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring clear communication and campaign alignment
• Coordinate with agency partners to meet marketing deliverables and campaign objectives
• Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for optimization
• Identify and evaluate potential new affiliate partners to expand program reach and effectiveness
• Support billing and order review processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to partners
• Assist in negotiating marketing placements and promotional activities with affiliates
• Maintain regular contact with partners, responding to inquiries and providing updates to foster strong collaborations
• Keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities to enhance affiliate program performance
