Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Director of Supply Management. The role involves managing the organization's supply chain strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include overseeing procurement, supplier development, and materials management. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, optimizing inventory operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, Supply Management, and Materials Management
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and principles
• Experience with Supplier Development, including building and maintaining supplier relationships
• Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
