Social Media Marketing Specialist

Haute Living Media Group is a global luxury media and events platform spanning Haute Living, Haute Time, Haute Jets, Haute Wealth, Haute Real Estate Group, and Haute Travel . We work with ultra-high-end brands across real estate, watches, private aviation, finance, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle.

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can own, optimize, and scale performance marketing across Google and Meta for multiple premium brands and campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
• Execute full-funnel strategies: awareness, lead gen, retargeting, and conversion
• Manage six-figure+ monthly budgets with clear ROAS and CPL targets
• Build and test creatives, audiences, offers, and landing page angles
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and attribution
• Collaborate with editorial, events, sales, and creative teams
• Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights
• Scale winning campaigns across markets and verticals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years managing Google & Meta ads at scale
• Proven experience generating qualified leads , not vanity metrics
• Strong understanding of luxury, HNW, or premium audiences
• Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and performance-obsessed
• Experience with landing page optimization & CRO is a plus
• Agency or fast-growth brand experience preferred

Certifications (A Plus)

• Google Ads Search Certification
• Google Ads Display or Performance Max Certification
• Meta Media Buying Professional Certification
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certification

Bonus Points

• Experience with luxury real estate, finance, or events
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or CRM-based attribution
• Creative testing frameworks (hooks, headlines, offers)
• Experience scaling campaigns internationally
