Analyst

We’re hiring an Analyst (Acquisitions & Asset Management).

URS Capital Partners is adding an Analyst to work directly with the Principals, supporting acquisitions, due diligence, closings, and active asset management across our multifamily portfolio.

Over the past 3 years, URS has been in a growth phase:

9 acquisitions since January 2024

3,000+ units currently owned and operated

35+ acquisitions with 23 full-cycle exits

Active across high-growth Southeast and select Northeast locations

This is a front-seat role at an entrepreneurial, capital-active firm.

Role responsibilities include:

Underwriting multifamily acquisitions and development opportunities

Running due diligence and supporting the full closing process

Preparing investment committee and investor presentations

Assisting with investor updates, reporting, and portfolio communications

Creating and leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance underwriting efficiency, data analysis, and reporting workflows.

Supporting asset management execution, budgets, and business plans

Partnering closely with senior leadership on live deals and portfolio strategy

Ideal background:

2+ years in real estate private equity, acquisitions, IB, or asset management

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment

Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the platform
