Creative Assistant

Description Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated assistant to work across Talent Synergy & Specials and Awards. The successful candidate will be able to effectively multi-task, and have the ability to complete administrative tasks and help coordinate on projects, talent gifting and internal events. The candidate will also have great attention to detail, have great organization skills, and have the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail-oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude despite the pressures of a fast-paced environment is essential. The candidate will possess the ability to succeed with minimal guidance or supervision, be skilled at anticipating problems, managing multiple priorities and global scheduling needs.

Key job responsibilities

Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements.

Organize meetings and events

Coordinate travel and expenses

General administrative support including but not limited to: answering calls, calendar scheduling, filing, copying, coordination for meetings with external partners, planning travel arrangements.

Track Studios talent and deals; manage corresponding grids and lists.

Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.

Help supporting in logistics for internal events.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or military experience
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
