About Us Lemieux & Associates, a national leader in investigative services, is seeking an HR Generalist with national HR compliance expertise to manage HR operations and ensure multi-state compliance. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your Mission As Our HR Generalist, You'll

• Ensure compliance across multiple states-labor laws, regulations, and company policies must be airtight.
• Recruit like a detective-spot talent others might miss.
• Handle sensitive information with care-confidentiality is key.
• Solve employee relations puzzles and maintain harmony.
• Support company policies and HR best practices.
• Keep records accurate and secure.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of national HR compliance is a must - multi-state labor laws and regulations (3+ years of HR experience, including multi-state compliance).
• Proven experience in HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
• Bonus points if you love solving problems and thinking like an investigator.
