Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to directly support the President. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping drive efficiency, organization, and follow-through across high-priority work.
You will manage confidential information, coordinate schedules and communications, and support board-related activities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President and senior leadership as needed.
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare materials and ensure leadership is fully briefed ahead of meetings and key decisions.
- Support coordination with Board of Directors activities, including meeting prep and follow-up items.
- Maintain strong organization and follow-through on action items, deadlines, and priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, including occasional business travel (up to 20%).
- Create and format documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite leaders.
- 1-3+ years of experience supporting or coordinating activities involving a Board of Directors.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or managed care environments.
- Exposure to government relations work.
