About The Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the office of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within the executives’ office, working closely with the Executive Business Partner (EBP) based in PST. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel arrangements, handle high-priority communications, and execute various operational tasks with precision. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Samsara’s Go-To-Market organization, gaining exposure to senior leadership and contributing directly to company growth. The role is remote, based within the San Francisco Bay Area, and involves occasional travel to support off-site events and meetings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, resourceful, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Located within reasonable commuting distance of San Francisco or able to work remotely with flexibility.
  • Proven success in high-demand, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills with rapid responsiveness via Slack, email, and other channels.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and sound judgment, especially with sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Expensify, and related productivity tools.
  • Resourcefulness, proactive attitude, and motivation to contribute at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Executive Business Partner to support the CRO and COO, ensuring their schedules and priorities are managed efficiently.
  • Manage and optimize complex calendars, coordinate global travel arrangements, and handle expense reporting with accuracy.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to high-priority communications and requests from executives.
  • Drive operational excellence in meetings, off-sites, and leadership events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Act as a trusted proxy for the executives, representing their office with professionalism and confidence in all interactions.
  • Provide on-site support at the San Francisco headquarters when required, including event coordination and meeting facilitation.
  • Occasionally travel up to 20% to assist with off-site meetings and company events.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and requests with a high degree of autonomy and efficiency.
