We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team remotely.

Collecting and exporting data from provider dashboards to support financial metrics
Daily transaction reconciliations with banks and payment providers
Monitoring transaction accuracy and identifying errors, duplicates, or anomalies
Tracking and controlling cash flow movements
Preparing data for financial reporting
Communicating with providers and internal teams on operational matters

At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial operations, operational analysis, or reconciliations
Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel
Experience with reconciliations: accounting, transactional, or settlement
Experience in fintech, banking, or payment solutions will be an advantage
Ability to work in a multitasking environment and adapt quickly to changes
Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
English level: Intermediate or higher
