What You’ll Do:
- Create a high organizational standard among all Versace press sample collections and supporting record keeping for all inventories
- Maintain and manage sample inventory
- Ensure all US and MILAN samples are fully tracked and accounted for in Fashion GPS
- Assist Associate Manager, Public relations with quarterly physical inventory
- Support all administrative duties within the department
- Partner with Associate Manager, Public relations to confirm all sample/look availability and manage the shipping to/from international offices and local messengers
- Maintain PR closet and ensure it is organized, merchandised and stocked with shipping materials
- Tracking all editorial placements and fulfilling credit requests
- Managing the execution of seeding and VIP gifting initiatives
- Assist with all VIP, Social Media, and Milan Editorial team requests to ensure appropriate product support for all projects.
- Partner with the PR & Communications team by supporting the development and execution of all brand events and fashion shows and communicating updates to Milan HQ in a timely fashion.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or communications
- Entry level with previous internship experience in PR and Communications departments within the fashion/luxury goods sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Fashion GPS
