The Role The Manager of Inventory plays a critical role in optimizing Vacatia’s vacation ownership and rental inventory across destinations, products, and distribution channels. This role ensures inventory accuracy, availability, and strategic alignment with sales, revenue, and operational objectives. You’ll oversee inventory configuration, allocation strategies, and performance monitoring while partnering closely with Revenue Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Technology, and Resort Operations. • Manage day-to-day inventory operations across vacation ownership and rental products
• Ensure accurate inventory setup, allocation, and availability across all sales and distribution channels
• Partner with Revenue Management to align inventory strategy with pricing, forecasting, and demand trends
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support promotions, owner usage, and sales initiatives
• Identify inventory risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities and proactively recommend solutions

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in inventory, revenue, or operations within hospitality, vacation ownership, or timeshare
• Strong understanding of inventory allocation, utilization, and demand-based optimization
• Experience working with inventory systems, PMS platforms, channel managers, or reservation systems
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
