About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team, reporting directly to the Director of People Data and Analytics. In this strategic role, you will harness the power of data to generate insights into our workforce, supporting decision-making and shaping talent strategies. Your expertise will enable the development of comprehensive metrics, dashboards, and reports that offer visibility into key people trends. Collaborating closely with HR professionals, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will help drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as workforce planning. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in people analytics, preferably within the technology, management consulting, or investment banking sectors
  • Proficiency with HR and Talent management systems such as Workday and Greenhouse
  • Experience with People Data Platforms like OneModel or Visier
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and influence strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and system integration best practices

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights that inform HR and talent strategies
  • Develop and enhance the foundational people data infrastructure, including data architecture, governance, and system integrations across platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, and OneModel
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics models that highlight key workforce trends and support strategic initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms
  • Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and executive audiences
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and scenario modeling to support talent acquisition, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning efforts
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics and data science to continuously improve analytical capabilities
  • Support data governance policies and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security standards
