Role Description

We are hiring Senior Analysts and Associates for full-time, on-site roles based in Los Angeles, CA .

These professionals will participate in the full investment lifecycle and gain exposure to underwriting a wide range of industries, companies, and transaction types.

Given our lean deal team structure, Analysts and Associates take on meaningful responsibilities and work directly with senior investment team members. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities across a variety of sectors and deal types
• Conduct financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis
• Assist in due diligence, deal execution, and preparation of investment materials
• Participate in portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals and external partners

Candidate Profile

• ~1-4 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred)
• Strong personal or professional ties to the Los Angeles area
• High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, integrity, and work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of finance theory and accounting principles and deep understanding of valuation methodologies
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work independently
• Interest in working across industries and transaction types in a dynamic, small-team setting
• Sector experience not necessary
