They re looking for a Marketing Associate with a growth mindset — someone who loves experimenting, shipping fast, and figuring out what actually moves numbers. You don t need prior crypto or web3 experience, curiosity to learn is enough. What You Will Do Working directly with the founders to scale the product, remix content for different platforms, and find creative ways to convert users across channels. Design and execute campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth. Move fast from concept to launch Build a consistent content engine with creators (in-house or external) that attracts and converts new users weekly Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages Track performance, run experiments, pull insights from analytics, and present actionable recommendations to the team What You Will Need 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, or campaign execution (preferably at a startup or fast-moving agency) Proven track record of launching and scaling campaigns end-to-end — from brainstorm to reporting Deep fluency with social platforms: TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), and emerging channels Experience managing creators, freelancers, or agencies Strong grasp of funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, drop-off analysis) and eagerness to learn more advanced analytics Self-starter with a startup mindset: you thrive with ambiguity, think outside the box, and don t need hand-holding Open to travel for team events, conferences, and live activations Experience with TCG, collectibles, gaming culture, or hobby communities is a big plus Apply for this jobWhen applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.
