ERP Support Specialist

Working out of our Lviv, Ukraine office, you will be responsible for handling customer support queries and working alongside team members to implement ERP systems for customers.

Primary responsibilities:

To manage and resolve support cases for clients in particular:

System configuration Guidance Training Report writing Managing change requests

Key skills and attributes:

Intermediate spoken and written English Strong aptitude for learning software systems Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel

Desired skills:

Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, education or professional experience Experience using Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports Experience with ERP and/or Accounting software Knowledge of SQL Data management, data import/export, data scripting
