Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level
Supply Chain Analyst
to support supply chain operations, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning activities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, order status, and supplier performance.
- Track and monitor supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, lead time, and order accuracy.
- Support vendor coordination and order fulfillment processes.
- Work with ERP / SCM systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and logistics.
- Identify process gaps and suggest cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Understanding of supply chain concepts and operations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to ERP/SCM tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
- Academic or project experience in supply chain or logistics.
