About The Role

The Executive Assistant to Engineering Leaders at CoreWeave plays a pivotal role in supporting the SVP of Engineering, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while enabling the executive to focus on strategic initiatives. This position involves managing complex and dynamic schedules across multiple time zones, coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports, and supporting key meetings, events, and deliverables. As a vital member of the Engineering & Product executive support team, the individual will help drive operational excellence, maintain consistency in administrative processes, and prioritize tasks effectively. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with autonomy and urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role also offers an opportunity to influence and improve administrative workflows, mentor peers, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the engineering leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 35+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Director or VP-level leaders
  • Proven project management skills, including tracking deliverables and driving tasks to completion
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience coordinating travel, managing expenses, and organizing event logistics such as meetings and off-sites
  • Ability to improve and scale administrative or operational processes
  • Strong multitasking skills across teams, locations, and time zones
  • Experience preparing and editing documents for executive-level audiences
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading peers within an administrative or EA function

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting engineering, product, or other technical organizations
  • Background working in high-growth or rapidly scaling companies

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Engineering, including managing complex, multi-time zone calendars
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reporting efficiently
  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and correspondence for executive-level meetings
  • Assist in planning and coordinating key meetings, off-sites, and company events
  • Act as a liaison between the SVP, engineering teams, and other departments to facilitate communication and workflow
  • Drive operational efficiencies by improving administrative processes and workflows
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with internal communications
  • Mentor or lead peers within the administrative team to promote consistency and best practices
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and highly productive work environment
