Business Analyst

You should definitely apply if you’re have:
* 2 years of IT Business Analyst experience;
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively
collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to dissect
and interpret intricate business processes;
* Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into
technical solutions;
* Proactive approach in identifying and removing obstacles to achieving the
goal;
* В2 or higher level of English.
Also would be great if you have:
* Experience in creating wireframes (e.g. Balsamiq);
* Experience in creating flow charts and user journey;
* Experience with any data analysis and visualization tools.
Your key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand and define project
requirements, objectives, and success criteria;
* Analyze and translate complex business needs into clear and concise user
stories and process models;
* Active cooperation with the presale team to create estimates and proposals
for potential clients;
* Offer valuable guidance to the PM, QA, and Dev team teams, ensuring a clear
understanding of feature expectations/solutions are properly integrated into
existing systems;
* Create user stories, process flows, and other requirements documentation,
as well as prepare training manuals and conduct training sessions for clients
and their staff.
Steps of the interview:
* Interview with HR (30 minutes);
* Interview with manager (45-60 minutes).
