About the Role

We’re hiring an Inbound Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our inbound
engine and drive predictable, scalable growth. You’ll own strategy, execution,
and continuous improvement across content production, SEO, website performance,
email marketing, demand generation, and social selling—working with high
autonomy, clear goals, and plenty of space for experimentation.

Our focus is sharp: Elearning/EdTech and Digital Media. We know these markets
deeply, already see strong conversions, and back everything with a thoughtful
GTM strategy. Instead of chasing vanity metrics, we’re building a system that
consistently delivers high-quality inbound leads.

You’ll be part of a unified Revenue Growth Organization where marketing, sales,
partnerships, and account management operate as one team. We make quick
decisions, test boldly, and use AI, automation, and even proof-of-concept
micro-products from our R&D team to stay ahead.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just “do content” but builds a sustainable
inbound engine that fuels long-term growth.



What You’ll Do

* Own inbound like a product. From traffic to leads to opportunities, you’ll
define strategy, track performance, and optimize every stage of the funnel.
* Lead content production. Drive creation of articles, case studies, videos,
and thought leadership pieces that attract, engage, and convert.
* Make SEO a growth lever. Develop a keyword strategy, oversee on-page/off-page
SEO, and constantly improve organic visibility.
* Be the website owner. Manage and evolve our website as a core growth
asset—ensuring clarity, performance, and conversion optimization.
* Run email and lifecycle marketing. Design nurturing flows, newsletters, and
campaigns that build demand and move prospects through the funnel.
* Drive demand generation. Launch experiments across paid, organic, and partner
channels to consistently bring in qualified leads.
* Fuel social selling. Align inbound campaigns with our LinkedIn presence,
amplifying reach through experts’ voices and team content.
* Experiment with AI & automation. Use modern tools to make content, campaigns,
and reporting more effective and scalable.



What We Expect

* Proven track record. 3+ years in inbound marketing, growth, or demand
generation roles with measurable results.
* Content + strategy balance. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills,
paired with analytical thinking and funnel optimization.
* SEO & website ownership. Experience leading SEO strategy and managing
websites as a key growth channel.
* Hands-on with the stack. Confident with marketing automation, analytics, and
content tools.
* Self-starter mindset. Curious, proactive, and always testing new ways
to generate demand.
* Tech + AI fluency. Comfortable with prompts, automation, and AI-driven
marketing workflows.
* Bonus points. Experience building inbound engines for B2B tech, SaaS,
or EdTech/Digital Media markets.
