We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our Core Product Team, responsible
for shaping the main experience of our iGaming platform.
Your mission will be to discover and understand player needs, behaviors, and
motivations, and to turn these insights into clear, actionable recommendations
for product and design decisions. You’ll work closely with Product Managers,
Designers, Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure our features deliver real
value to users and measurable results for the business.
Your tasks:
* Plan and conduct end-to-end research using qualitative and quantitative
methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys, A/B feedback loops, etc.).
* Translate research findings into clear insights and recommendations for the
product team.
* Partner with Product Managers to define hypotheses, success metrics, and
research priorities.
* Support designers with usability testing and UX validation throughout the
product lifecycle.
* Collaborate with analysts to connect behavioral insights with core metrics
(activation, retention, conversion, LTV).
* Create and maintain personas, user journeys, and JTBD frameworks to guide
design and development.
* Present insights to stakeholders and help shape product direction and
roadmap.
* Continuously improve research processes and introduce new tools and
methodologies.
Our criteria:
* 3+ years of experience in UX or product research, preferably in iGaming,
fintech, or entertainment products.
* Strong command of mixed-method research — both qualitative and quantitative.
* Experience conducting in-depth interviews, usability studies, and market
analysis.
* Confidence working with data tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, SQL,
or similar).
* Ability to turn complex data into clear stories and practical
recommendations.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
